Jackie Collins

Collins, Jackie

Booknook.Biz has been amazing to work with! They are true leaders in the digital age, on top of their game, and a dream come true for an author wanting to get her backlist into readers hands. Embarking on self-publishing, both the staff and services at Booknook.Biz have been an invaluable asset in making such a daunting task possible. Professional, innovative, honest, reliable, with a keen eye for detail, they deliver on time, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend Booknook.biz, and I look forward to working with them on many more future projects.

Booknook gets it done right. The books are professional, great-looking, and free of mistakes (except for the ones I make, and they even help me catch those). And they're a delight to deal with. What more can I say? Except that there's NO EXCUSE for putting up a crummy, badly-formatted ebook , and Booknook is the place for those who are smart enough to want to avoid doing just that..
Timothy Hallinan, Edgar and Macavity Award-nominated author of the Poke Rafferty Bangkok thrillers, the Junior Bender Mysteries, and the Simeon Grist mystery series Author, Client

Your ebooks are exceptional! They look great, and I've never had a single formatting complaint. The service is also fast and reasonably priced. I recommend Booknook.biz to everybody.

Julie Smith

Smith, Julie

Booknook is a first rate formatting service! They make beautiful books with no hassle. They're organized, they're efficient, they're focused, they're timely, they're responsive, and they catch my errors. That's right-- they're literate and alert and have more than once saved me embarrassment. But to me the best part is the personal service--the sense that Hitch cares about these books and is right there to help when I have questions. I've worked with Internet providers who sign their emails "Customer Service" and that tells you worlds about their customer service! Hitch calls me "Jules." Where else am I going to find that?
Julie Smith, National Bestseller, Edgar-winning Author and founder of BooksBnimble. Author, Client

Due to a Spambomb attack, our contact form is having issues!

A notification about our contact form inquiries:  A few weeks back,  we endured a spam-bomb attack.  We received literally tens of thousands of emails, via our contact form on the CONTACT page.  Our web guys leapt into action, and put in a "ReCaptcha" element, to try to stop the spam bombs.   And it worked, hooray. However, it apparently also caused a glitch, in which we have NOT received all the submitted inquiries, from real customers and prospective customers. We apologize for this and we're in the process of fixing it. In the meantime, if you do not hear from us same-day, or at the absolute latest, within 24 hours, please email us directly, not using the CONTACT form, but the email address on our CONTACT page in the "How to Reach Us" column, thank you. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope it's all resolved shortly.

Thank you for your understanding.
