All across rural America, hospitals volunteers and fire departments provide emergency medical services to residents and visitors. This is a story of one such service and their problems with greedhead corporations, dysfunctional hospital management and the stresses of providing a quality of service to their neighbors and others while coping with the abovementioned dysfunctional management.
