Having Survived the great Customer Service System changeover of 2020, we're not letting some dumb VIRUS chase us off!

Yes, folks, we are still here and working for you, to get your paperbacks formatted and ebooks ready.  Our team is currently still at full strength, and at the moment, I don't expect that to change.  If anything does change, yes, I'll post here and let you know.
