They're organized, they're efficient, they're focused, they're timely, they're responsive,and they catch my errors. That's right-- they're literate and alert and have more than once saved me embarrassment. But to me the best part is the personal service--the sense that Hitch cares about these books and is right there to help when I have questions. I've worked with Internet providers who sign their emails "Customer Service" and that tells you worlds about their customer service! Hitch calls me "Jules." Where else am I going to find that?

Customer Service Changeover: Please read

Over the course of this week, March 8th, 2020-->March 14th, 2020 (we hope!), we are migrating and switching over to an entirely new customer service system.

Now, we expect that this new system will enable us--when we're accustomed to it--to answer your emails more quickly and efficiently.  

Like everything, though, it's new to us and we're going to need some time to get used to it.  We've been working on the migration for the past year, over 170,000 emails (yes, really!) to now, and we're changing over our chat and contact forms, too. Please--try to be patient with us, if you don't hear from us immediately. Our same-day response promise is still in place, but our reply times may lag, a bit, over the next few days, thanks.
